26-year-old Jason Gresham has a felony charge against him due to a violent incident that occurred after he allegedly used alcohol and synthetic marijuana. Gresham was charged with criminal damage to property on Tuesday in Madison County Circuit Court. It was reported that that he was allegedly intoxicated and was breaking windows and yard ornaments at his residence.
