A woman was hit by an arrow after a neighbor missed the target in his backyard, hitting the woman in the mouth on Tuesday. According to police, Robert Joiner, 26, was practicing for an upcoming archery contest in his backyard when his bow and arrow ricocheted into 80-year-old Margeret Shofner’s house on Valleywood Dr. Joiner is facing charges of second degree assault and armed criminal action and is being held at the St. Louis County Jail on $25,000 bond
