TAIPEI, TAIWAN: A six-month-old koala peeks from the pouch of its mother 'Eva', 29 August 2002, at Taipei City Zoo. The baby koala was born to "Action" and "Eva", who arrived at the zoo from Australia's Currumbin Wildlife Sanctuary in 1999 and 2000 respectively for a seven-year stay. At least 20,000 people have visited the zoo in the past week trying to take a glimpse of the baby koala after it emerged from the pouch.
