After a snowy start to Sunday, the weather warmed up and crowds came out for the annual pet parade in Soulard. Grand Marshal Kevin Bacon and his brother performed for the parade goers and their costumed dogs. Audience members were impressed by the music of the Bacon Brothers and they drew a crowd next to Soulard Market.
