MILEY CYRUS’ PARENTS SPLITTING

LOS ANGELES (AP) -- For the second time in recent years, Miley Cyrus’ parents are in court trying to end their marriage. Three years ago, singer Billy Ray Cyrus filed to split from his wife—but later changed his mind. Now this time, it’s Miley’s mom who has gone to court to file divorce papers. Tish Finley Cyrus cites irreconcilable differences. She wants custody of the couple’s youngest child—and spousal support. The two have been married since December, 1993 -- the year after Billy Ray Cyrus had his biggest hit, “Achy Breaky Heart.”
