MUPPETS MUSEUM

NEW YORK (AP) -- Kermit the Frog, Miss Piggy, Bert and Ernie and the Fraggles from “Fraggle Rock” are getting a new home. Jim Henson’s puppets, costumes and nearly 400 other items have been donated to the Museum of the Moving Image” in New York. The museum is building a new gallery to put them in. Attendance at the museum soared when they had a temporary exhibit of Henson’s work the last couple of years. Henson’s widow had a dream that the characters would find a place where they could been seen and enjoyed.
