NASHVILLE, Tenn. (AP) -- Garth Brooks and his fans in Nashville have picked up where they left off in 1998. That was the last time he performed in Nashville. He was back last night for the first of nine sold-out concerts to help victims of the May flood. It was like Brooks had never been away. A crowd of all ages sang along at the Bridgestone Arena. Brooks and his band played hit after hit. Most fans stood for the entire 90-minute concert. Wife Trisha Yearwood, and good friend Steve Wariner joined Brooks on stage for a few songs each.
