UNDATED (AP) -- Rascal Flatts are celebrating their 10th anniversary by staying in first place on Billboard's country songs chart. "Why Wait" was in first last week, too. Reba McEntire can celebrate the success of "Turn on the Radio." It's moved from fourth place last week to second now. And, "My Kinda Party" from Jason Aldean has moved from fifth to third on Billboard's country songs chart. Taylor Swift's "Speak Now" stays in first place on Billboard's country albums chart. Rascal Flatts' album, "Nothing Like This," inches up from third to second. And, Jason Aldean is doing some inching, too. The album, "My Kinda Party" goes from fourth to third.
