NASHVILLE, Tenn. (AP) -- Rascal Flatts wrapped up their year-long 10th anniversary tour last night with a performance at the Grand Ole Opry. That would have been special enough, but the mayor Nashville added to it. Karl Dean presented the band with an official city proclamation. It's for their support of the Nashville community. The audience was as moved as the band was. Audience members rose to their feet and gave them a standing ovation after the proclamation was read.
