UNDATED (AP) -- Once again, five of the top-20 concert tours rated by Pollstar are country or country cross-over acts. Of them, The Eagles are ranked highest, at third. That's the same place they were last week. The ranking is based on average box office gross per city and average ticket price. Next is Toby Keith. He's in 10th which is where he was last week. Brad Paisley is in 12th. He was at 11th last week. Rascal Flatts are in 13th. And, Carrie Underwood finds herself in 19th place on Pollstar's list of top concert tours.
