SHAQUILLE O'NEAL: A BIG BATON

BOSTON (AP) -- The Boston Pops will be importing a big conductor. Shaquille O'Neal will take to the podium with his tailcoat and white tie to lead the orchestra in Leroy Anderson's "Sleigh Ride" during a concert next week at Symphony Hall. Shaq stands 7-foot-1. He will take part in a program otherwise conducted by Keith Lockhart which will focus on Christmas and holiday-season music.
