JAMEY JOHNSON: LIVING THE DREAM
Credit: AP
NASHVILLE, Tenn. (AP) -- Jamey Johnson says his dream has already come true -- when he was able to "ride around and sing country music." The dream is getting even better -- now that his double album has been certified gold and he is up for a Grammy. He tells The Tennessean he never thought he could achieve the things he has. While his release "The Guitar Song" hasn't produced any big hits for radio, it has picked up a lot of critical praise along the way. He says that's cool. It's number five on the Rolling Stone list of top albums of the year.
