JON BON JOVI NAMED TO WHITE HOUSE COUNCIL

NEPTUNE, N.J. (AP) -- The White House has noticed Jon Bon Jovi's work with the homeless. President Barack Obama has named Bon Jovi to the White House Council for Community Solutions, according to the Asbury Park Press. The Jon Bon Jovi Soul Foundation has built houses and playgrounds, donated money and supplies to shelters and funded health care and youth programs.
