50 CENT: BEING SUED BY FELLOW RAPPER

NEW YORK (AP) -- A new feud for 50 Cent. But this one involves a a legal dispute with a fellow rapper. The lawyers for the rap star are answering a copyright infringement lawsuit against "Fiddy." The lawsuit claims 50 is busted in on the rights of a rapper who goes by the name Caliber. The suit says Tyrone Simmons, a rapper based in Atlanta, had the rights to the instrumental track -- and that 50 Cent, his producer and others in the music industry infringed on those rights -- and for that, they are seeking damages. A representative for 50 Cent's record company declined comment.
