SUGE KNIGHT: APPEALING LAWSUIT'S DISMISSAL

MIAMI (AP) -- Suge Knight seems eager to go another legal round with Kanye West -- even though he has consistently come out a loser. The co-founder of Death Row Records is appealing a judge's decision to toss out a lawsuit he had filed against hip-hop star West. At issue is a 2005 shooting in Miami. Knight has been seeking more than $1 million dollars in damages from West -- after being shot in the leg at a party in Miami Beach hosted by West. Knight says West should have provided better security at the party. So far, judges hearing the case have ruled that there was no way that White could have foreseen that a shooting at the party was imminent.
