BOSTON (AP) -- Dane Cook could be getting his $12 million back. The Massachusetts attorney general's office has ordered his half brother and sister-in-law to pay the money after stealing it from Cook. Darryl McCauley and his wife had pleaded guilty. They were accused of embezzling from Cook while Darryl McCauley was working as Cook's business manager. McCauley was sentenced in October to five to six years in prison on charges that include 27 counts of larceny. His wife was sentenced to up to three years in prison on charges that include two counts of larceny. A spokesman for the Massachusetts attorney general tells the Portsmouth Herald newspaper that the next step before Cook gets paid back is for the court to tally the assets of his half-brother and the brother's wife.
