There is always room from Jell-O, even in the art world.
A San Francisco-based artist is making a name for herself by turning the popular dessert into scale model sculptures of cities and landmarks.
Liz Hickock’s most recent work is "San Francisco in Jell-O," but her sculptures include a New York City skyline complete with the Statue of Liberty, as well as Scottsdale, Arizona and The White House.
Because even Jell-O doesn’t last forever, Hickock records her work in photos, some of which can be purchased. Learn more at her website, http://lizhickok.com
