The National Basketball Retired Players Association (NBRPA) hosted the NBA Legends Red Carpet Soiree "A Night of a Thousand Stars" Saturday night at Mercedes-Benz of Houston Greenway. The event was among the many festivities held during the 62nd All-Star Game weekend.
