Usain Bolt backed up his billing as a "living legend" by winning the Olympic men’s 100 meters and 200 meters, becoming the first athlete to repeat as double Olympic sprint champion. He’s not done yet. Bolt has said he plans to defend his titles at the 2016 Games in Rio.
