NEW YORK (AP) -- Paul McCartney has long advocated the idea of Meatless Mondays. Now he's giving tips on how to do that. McCartney and his daughters Stella and Mary are putting out "The Meat Free Monday Cookbook." It gives vegetarian menu ideas for every Monday of the year. Contributors include Pink, Woody Harrelson, Kevin Spacey and fashion designer Vivienne Westwood. The book is available now.
