Problems cause at least 150 to leave 2 St. Louis polling places without voting
When the polls opened at 6 a.m. at the St. James Greater Catholic Church in the 6400 block Wade in Dogtown, workers didn’t have two of their books with the names of the registered voters in that precinct. Without the official roster, voters’ names could not be double checked and voting was delayed for at least a half an hour.
