(KMOV.com) -- Democrat Bill Enyart defeated Republican challenger Jason Plummer in the race to take over the Illinois' 12th Congressional. That seat was opened after Congressman Jerry Costello announced his retirement.
After addressing the crowd, Jason Plummer's camp announced the candidate won't officially conceed or speak to media again Tuesday
Plummer said he's waiting until all the votes are counted.
