EAGLE MOUNTAIN, Utah (AP) -- Personal trainer Drew Manning knows what happens when you let yourself go. He's gained 70 pounds since May. But he's done it on purpose. Manning wants to show it's possible to get fit and lose weight. He'll start his new diet and exercise regime in a couple of weeks. The Utah trainer hopes to be back to his old, trim self in six months. He tells the Deseret News the process will help him better understand the weight struggles of his clients.
