AUSTIN, Texas (AP) -- Spring breakers will soon be heading to Texas beaches. And state liquor agents will be cracking down on underage sales. The Texas Alcoholic Beverage Commission says they'll be conducting sting operations. Investigators will be working with obviously underage teenagers, who'll try to buy booze. Officials warn alcohol sales to a minor is punishable by up to a year in jail and a $4,000 fine. Businesses can also lose their liquor permits.
