JAFFREY, N.H. (AP) -- It's Bigfoot versus big government. At least that's the way a New Hampshire artist sees it. Jonathan Doyle wants an apology from state officials. He was dressed as Bigfoot when a park ranger put a stop to his performance art project. Doyle didn't have a permit. But the New Hampshire Civil Liberties Union Foundation argues that Doyle's free speech rights were violated.
