AUBURN, Mich. (AP) -- A lottery millionaire is still using food stamps. Leroy Fick won $2 million in the Michigan lottery nearly a year ago. He tells WNEM-TV that he still swipes his electronic food stamp debit card at grocery stores. He says the state Department of Human Services told him he could continue to use the tax-payer-funded card. And Fick says no one is going make him "feel bad" about it.
