A motorcyclist had commuters on westbound Interstate 70 near Interstate 270 doing a double take Wednesday morning.
The picture shows the motorcyclist in pink underwear and fishnet stockings.
On Thursday, a News 4 view named Kacey sent us a picture of what appears to be the same person doing the same thing. Kacey said the picture was taken around mid-June.
