ST. LOUIS ( – A north St. Louis home partially collapsed after a man drove a bulldozer into it following a property dispute Wednesday night.

Police said a mother and her two daughters, ages 8 and 13, were at their home in the 1300 block of Clara Avenue when the incident happened.

The mother, Jessica Braddock, said she was getting ready for bed when she felt the house in the shake.  She said she looked outside and saw a man on a bulldozer headed straight for her house.

"I just immediately went into panic mode," she said. "All I was thinkng about was getting my kids up and getting them out of the house because i know what that thing can do. It takes down, brings down a house and we're in it."

Braddock said she saw the man put the bulldozer in gear, hop off and run away. The machine rolled forward and tore a massive hole in the rear of the house, causing part of it to collapse.

Authorities said nobody in the home was injured.

Braddock told police the man allegedly driving the vehicle was a distant relative. She said there was a previous dispute over the ownership of the house.

According to the owner of the home, the suspect owns a construction company.

Police are now looking for the man, who faces three counts of first-degree assault.
