COLUMBIA, Tenn. (AP) -- Riding a horse on Mule Day didn't get Troy Michael Hall into trouble. But police charge he was riding that horse drunk. Authorities say he rode into a crowd of people at the Mule Day festivities in Columbia, Tennessee. According to The Daily Herald, witnesses tell investigators Hall was riding around asking people for beer. He's now charged with two counts of reckless endangerment and public intoxication.
