DETROIT (AP) -- A federal judge is siding with the Penthouse Club. The Detroit strip club has a large sign with a woman wearing a short skirt and skimpy top. Detroit has a new law that bans all images on signs promoting sexually oriented businesses. But Judge John Corbett O'Meara has ruled in favor of the Penthouse Club. The judge says the law is unconstitutional because it targets a single type of business.
