TAFT, Calif. (AP) -- X-rated skydiving won't get you in trouble -- at least not with the Federal Aviation Administration.

The FAA investigated a flying sex stunt involving part-time skydiving instructor and porn star Alex Torres and a receptionist from Skydive Taft in Southern California. A video shows the pair having sex in the plane -- then continuing in midair. Federal officials say no regulations were violated and the pilot wasn't distracted. The pilot had said the high-flying sex shoot didn't interfere with his duties at the controls.
