HAYWARD, Calif. (AP) -- Think your cell phone bill is high? A northern California man got a Verizon Wireless bill for nearly $22,000. The man (Ted Estarija) added his 13-year-old son to his plan. Dad was expecting a higher bill -- but not sky high. Most of the five-figure bill was for data usage and downloads, something that's not included in the family's cell plan. The father says after the first media reports, Verizon officials promised to credit the entire amount. But the boy's cell phone surfing days are over. Dad says he's pulling the plug on his son's account.
