Authorities find 400 pounds of pot

LORDSBURG, N.M. (AP) -- That green, leafy stuff with the kitty food isn't catnip. Authorities in New Mexico report finding 400 pounds of pot hidden in a load of cat food. Officers say they found the pot during a routine truck inspection. The load had been picked up in California and was headed to Atlanta. The driver, 38-year-old Dwight Grant of Hempstead, Texas, was busted and turned over to the Drug Enforcement Administration.
