ARLINGTON - Navy SEAL Chris Kyle was the most lethal sniper in the US military. Fatally shot alongside his friend Chad Littlefield at a gun range on February 2, Kyle is being honored today at a memorial at Cowboys Stadium in which thousands are expected to attend.
Iraq war veteran Eddie Ray Routh, 25, was charged in the fatal shootings.
The memorial started at 1 p.m. After a 200-mile funeral procession starting in Arlington, Kyle will be buried at the Texas State Cemetery in Austin Tuesday.
