(KMOV.com) — Yahoo is bringing more jobs to the University of Illinois, almost doubling it’s Champaign workforce.

A new 40,000 square foot building in the university’s research park will house almost 200 people.

The company opened the university office in 2007.

It focuses on digital advertising.

The Illinois is giving Yahoo $2.8 million in tax breaks for the expansion.
