(AP) — If you're one of those parents who are on Facebook in part to keep an eye on what your kids are up to — here's a news flash: your kids are on to you and have moved to Twitter.

A new poll finds that a growing number of teens are tipping over to Twitter to avoid their parents and what they consider the "oversharing" they find on Facebook. In the Research Center poll, 94 percent of teens who are social media users have a profile on Facebook — that's unchanged from the year before.

Meanwhile, 26 percent of teen social media users are now on Twitter — more than double from the 12 percent on that site in 2011.
