ST. LOUIS (KMOV.com) - The Salvation Army is opening an emergency shelter for those left out in the cold.
The organization says its shelter at 12th Street and Park Recreation Center will be open Thursday evening because temperatures are predicted to drop below 20 degrees.
The shelter will open at 7 p.m. and close at 7 a.m. on Friday.
