(KMOV.com) – A St. Louis convicted jury convicted a man on Thursday for raping and robbing an elderly woman.
25-year-old Dary McCoy was found guilty for forced rape and sodomy, first degree robbery, and three counts of armed criminal action.
Prosecutors say McCoy knocked on the door of a 79-year-old woman’s home close to 10:00 p.m. on the night of June 11, 2011 claiming he came by to fix the air conditioner, then committed the crimes.
McCoy will be sentenced on March 2.
