LEBANON, Mo (KMOV.com) -- A Lebanon man is facing several charges after he was caught poaching deer with an illegal gun.
45-year-old John Edward McGinnis III faces felony counts of unlawful use of a weapon and unlwaful possession of a firearm in addition to the poaching charges.
McGinnis is a convicted felon and is not legally permitted to own a gun. He is being held on $150,000 cash-only bond.
