(KMOV.com) -- On News 4 This Morning, Steve Harris talked about a new survey conducted by AT&T concerning texting and driving. The study said 98 percent of adults admit to texting and driving while only 43 percent of teens admit to doing it.

43 percent of adults know texting and driving is wrong, but they said they still do it. Six out of ten adults said they weren't texting and driving at all four years ago.

39 states have banned texting and driving including Illinois, but Missouri only has partial laws.
