Tuesday evening, 22-month-old Laron Moon suffered chemical burns on his chest. The burns occured after the boy broke open a Tide laundry pod. His mother accidentally dropped the pod on the floor.
The National Association of Poison Control Centers says that nearly 3 thousand children were hurt by the laundry pods last year alone.
