HAZELWOOD, Mo. (KMOV) – One person was killed in a five-vehicle wreck involving a tractor trailer truck in Hazelwood Friday morning.
Authorities said multiple vehicles, including a tractor trailer, collided on eastbound Interstate 270 at McDonnell Blvd. around 10:05 a.m.
Police said one person was killed in the wreck.
All eastbound lanes of I-270 were closed most of the morning and early afternoon as crews worked to clear the scene. All lanes were back open by about 3:30 p.m.
Traffic was being diverted onto the McDonnell Blvd. exit, then back onto the interstate.
