(KMOV) -- The driver of a vehicle was charged after a fatal accident in Creve Coeur.
Authorities said 20-year-old Judy Tran was charged with involuntary manslaughter, assault 2nd, and possession of marijuana.
Authorities said 26-year-old David Null was riding his motorcycle eastbound near Craig and Olive around 5:40 a.m. on Tuesday. Tran was driving in another east bound lane, lost control then hit Null. Null was ejected and died at the scene. Tran was arrested. Police think she was distracted.Officers said she took her eys off the road to wake up a passenger in the front seat.
