(KMOV) -- The effort to rebuild and improve the housing in St. Louis continued Saturday as part of "Rebuilding Together."
Dozens of volunteers turned out to improve the flooring, dry wall, plumbing, electricity and more in select houses. The event is the second of this summer and looks to service six neighborhoods in the 21st ward that are most in need of repair.
The first event took place in May and was considered a huge success. A total of 66 homes are set to be rehabbed this year.
Funding for the program comes from Boeing, the city of St. Louis, other major corporations and individual donations.
