(KMOV.com) – Firefighters were on the scene of a utility pole fire in Kirkwood Tuesday afternoon.

Firefighters told News 4 a pole owned by Ameren that feeds into a substation in Kirkwood caught on fire and burned in half before snapping cross ties on four other poles.
