(KMOV) – A settlement agreement has been reached after allegations against two Fox School District employees surfaced in June.

According to a news release, the settlement requires Dan Baker and Angela Burns Baker to lose two weeks of pay, forfeit vacation or sick days for the rest of their suspension, and issued a job target relating to community relationships.

Baker and Burns Baker were suspended June 4 amid allegations they had made disparaging comments about parents online.

Dan Baker, assistant superintendent, and Angela Burns Baker, federal programs director, have been reinstated.
