Suspects crash into victims' car, rob them at gunpoint

ST. LOUIS (KMOV) – Police say three suspects crashed into a vehicle, then robbed the two occupants in north St. Louis early Thursday.

According to police, a man and woman were driving along Riverview at Hall around 2:30 a.m. when asilver Chevrolet Silverado sideswiped the victims’ car.

As the victims were assessing the damage, three men jumped out of the Silverado, two of them armed with handguns.

The suspects approached the victims and robbed them, stealing an unknown amount of goods. They then fled the scene in the Silverado heading north towards St. Louis County.

Neither victim was injured.

Police said the damage done to the victims’ car was minor.

The search for the suspects is still ongoing.
