Scrivens R. Williams, 20, was charged with criminal damage to property and endangering the life and health of a child.
Police say Williams went to the hotel in the 8700 block of Sasak Pl. around 4:45 a.m. He then threw a 70-pound rock through a window, nearly striking two children. Police say Williams was upset with his estranged girlfriend, who was inside the hotel room.
