IMPERIAL, Mo. -- A suburban St. Louis-based company is making a name for itself by helping people with hoarding problems.

Midwest Crisis Cleaning owner Josh Jung told KMOX Radio that the Imperial, Mo.-based company has had jobs costing in a range from $1,000 to $30,000.

Jung says the hoarders he has dealt with are sometimes brilliant people who simply have a problem. He has helped clear decades of clutter from homes piled high with everything from paper to rotten food to dead cats.

In some cases the workers wear a full-face respirator with canisters. Sometimes it’s so bad they wear full-body protection.
