ST. LOUIS (KMOV.com) -- Hundreds of St. Louis City residents waited in line Thursday for help paying their utility bills.
Many residents were hit hard by the hot summer, and are having trouble making ends meet, much less keep the heat on. Thousands headed to the energy resource fair at the Mathews-Dickey Boys and Girls Club” on Kingshighway in north city.
Representatives from Ameren Missouri, Laclede Gas and Heat Up St. Louis helped those behind on payments.
